• Very nice:
  If you do. Dont get a lift you will loose felling in your nipples or pretty much all of it. Your nipples are very nice the way they are. If you just get them bigger go with saline it's great. You will be bigger and rounder and it will push them up a little. With a lift come scars! You need to find a good doctor. My wife has done all that and she has some friends that have fake boobs there all nice looking. But don't rush into take your time and get what you want.
